The Bay Area Discovery Museum teams up with early childhood service organizations to honor and celebrate young children and the important people in their lives. The Museum will host the dynamic African dance and music troupe Chinyakare Ensemble and Afro-Peruvian performers De Rompe y Raja. Studio 10 will feature mask making from “Mask Parade.” The book’s talented illustrator and designer, Katherine Armstrong, will lead an interactive book reading followed by an animal parade. Excite your taste buds by discovering the joys of “eating a rainbow” of fruits and vegetables with bilingual health educators. Pick up a new free book donated by KQED to share with your family.
