Children and their families are invited to come in costume and explore the Bay Area Discovery Museum, transformed into a haunted wonderland complete with games, attractions and live entertainment Take a train or pony ride, enroll in the witches’ school, visit the petting zoo and enjoy a full brew of games, activities and live entertainment. The Goblin Jamboree Fundraiser provides a safe and fun opportunity for children to partake in faboolous family fun!

Get a jump on the fun with a buffet breakfast including special entertainers and early access to the Museum and Goblin Jamboree on Sunday, October 19. Ticket prices start at $200 for a family of four.

Goblin Jamboree Fundraiser is organized by the Discovery Council, an all-volunteer auxiliary. All proceeds benefit the Museum’s educational programs, exhibits and community access initiatives.

Through the Council’s Youth Outreach Program, more than 1000 tickets are being given away to children from underserved and/or at-risk Bay Area neighborhoods , with lunch and transportation provided. To sponsor a child, click here.

Volunteer at Goblin Jamboree

The only volunteer requirement is a desire to work with children of all ages and to have lots of Halloween fun! Volunteers receive a voucher for a free meal, a certificate of participation and an opportunity to enjoy the fun, either before or after their shift.

Volunteer shifts are:
Saturday, October 18
9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
12 noon to 4 p.m.

Sunday, October 19
7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
9 to 1 p.m.
12 noon to 4 p.m.
